Lindsay is a Consultant at Summa Strategies, specializing in consumer issues and stakeholder relations. Her client experience includes resource development, defence procurement, healthcare innovation, small business regulations and Aboriginal affairs.
A seasoned veteran of municipal, provincial and federal politics, Lindsay brings a keen understanding of retail politics and relationship development to Summa.
Prior to joining Summa, Lindsay began her career working for the fundraising wing of the Ontario Liberal Party. She also served as a Protocol Advisor to the Mayor of Ottawa, where she managed, developed and executed many high profile public events, city-wide communications projects and fundraising initiatives.
Lindsay also worked for Michael Ignatieff in his role as Deputy Leader of the Liberal Party of Canada and later as the Leader of the Official Opposition. She worked in political operations, dealing closely with the shadow cabinet and critic portfolios, executing outreach strategies with stakeholders and industry groups across Canada.
Lindsay also has experience in large scale operations, media relations and event management from the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade where she worked on the G-8/G-20 Summits. She worked on the team that also managed all senior international preparatory meetings in advance of the G-8/G-20 and the North American Leaders Summit (NALS).
Lindsay is originally from Toronto and is an honours graduate in International Relations and Political Science from Trinity College at the University of Toronto.
